Somehow, “AI risk” has landed in your lap, and the AI use cases, tools and questions are coming in thick and fast.
You are already an expert in your field, but with AI evolving so quickly, and your existing workload not slowing down, you know that you’re not going to become an AI expert overnight. When AI questions come across your desk, you’ve been doing what you always do best - figuring things out as you go and relying on your judgement to making sensible, commercial decisions.
But then comes the uncomfortable thought: Have I missed something here?
That is why this day exists. In one room, with a small group of peers facing the same challenges, Laura walks you through exactly what you need to do, sharing the hard-won frameworks, templates, practical judgement and real-world approaches developed over years of advising on AI risk and tech transactions.
This is the first event from the Bonsai Academy, deliberately designed to feel different from other AI training.
This workshop offers an open, inclusive, generous space, where nothing is gatekept, questions are encouraged and attendees leave with practical frameworks and tools they can immediately apply in their day jobs, and perhaps a few new AI buddies too.
This is not another theory-heavy law firm training day on the latest AI regulations or abstract governance concepts that fall apart the moment a real AI use case lands on your desk. Instead, we make sure that you walk away with the frameworks and tools needed to assess and mitigate AI risk with greater clarity and confidence, along with the reassurance that you know which risks matter, the right questions to ask, the mitigations to suggest, and that you are not missing something important.
“The AI Intensive is the day I wish someone had given me when I first started working in AI. Everything I’ve learned the hard way, in one room.”
Laura Holden, CEO and Founder of Bonsai
“Super practical and packed with real examples that actually stick! Such a refreshing change from the usual theory-heavy stuff. Thank you, thank you, thank you!”
